Become a Supporting Member of Desert Foothills Library!
The Desert Foothills Library is a truly community funded organization. We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit and approximately 42% of our revenue this year will be donated by patrons who become Members of the Library Association. We have other revenue sources such as the Chapter2 Books store, cell-tower lease, special events and our passport acceptance office but donations continue to be our most important source of revenue.
This all makes your donations a vital part of your relationship with the Library. We ask that you donate what you can, starting at $40 for an individual annual membership.
Donations to the library are 100% tax deductible.
Your donation brings additional benefits including:
- The ability to place item hold requests so that you are guaranteed to receive your favorite materials in a timely fashion.
- Double the checkout limit for materials. You will be able to checkout up to 24 items inclusive of 6 DVDs, 6 audio books and 6 music CDs.
- Free fax service.
- Free postage on inter-library loans.
- At a donation level of $250 or greater, an invitation to the Library’s Donor Appreciation Reception, which occurs every March.
