Zak’s Chocolate is a local, award-winning craft chocolate maker. Owners Maureen & Jim are a chocolate version of a specialty coffee roaster/craft brewer/winemaker. Zak’s uses only premium, ethically-sourced cacao. Maureen started as a self-taught hobbyist and is now a Master Chocolatier. Jim went from unofficial taste tester to roaster/chocolate maker.
