Lila Glasoe Francese will read excerpts from her book and hold a Q&A session. In her book, Lila weaves heartwarming stories of her sister Carolyn, with modern day accounts of watching brain cancer slowly steal their close relationship. The book honors Carolyn and others during Brain Cancer Awareness month.

Lila Glasoe Francese was born in Minneapolis and enrolled in SMU’s Meadow School of the Arts. In 1994, she moved to Los Angeles where she sold a screen play, provided character voices for animated television shows, renovated real estate, and ran the personal lives of producers, studio heads, and CEOs.
