The Craft Fair & Bake Sale at Desert Foothills Library is back, and we’re hoping it’ll be bigger & better than ever! Please fill out the application form via the following link if you are interested in being a vendor at the 2023 Craft Fair portion of our reimagined Winter Festival! 

DATE: Saturday, November 11th, 2023

TIME: 10am-4pm (Setup times TBD)

LOCATION: Desert Foothills Library

Applications will be accepted through August 7th. Space is limited, & participants will be notified via email by August 16th if they have been selected as a vendor.

Participants will be provided one (1) table (varying sizes available), 2 chairs, and space at the Craft Fair FREE of charge! Vendors are responsible for supplying any additional setup.

There are also a limited number of spaces available for full 10’x10′ tent/booth setup for a flat $50 fee (space only, no tent or tables provided, available outside only)

We are also excited to announce that we will be welcoming a limited number of Food Trucks for a flat fee of $50. Food Trucks must have all required permits and health documents; no hookups provided. Savory food only, no sweets.

ALL VENDORS will be responsible for managing their own payments. The library will not be able to accept payments on your behalf. Please consider offering one or all of the following payment methods: cash, Square, PayPal, Venmo, etc.

Youth Vendors (17 and under) are welcome to apply! A parent or guardian MUST be present at all times.

The Desert Foothills Library is the only non-profit, public library in Maricopa County, supported through generous contributions from our community. In lieu of table fees or a collecting a portion of sales, we ask that you please consider making a donation to the library after the Craft Fair to support our mission of enriching our community through library services and programs like this one!
